Rosie began her career in real estate as an outside sales representative with Stewart title in 1987. Her ability to meet quotas and deliver title policies free of encumbrances, liens and delays led to the recognition of "25 Most Successful Business Women" by the Long Beach Press Telegram.

Following her successful career in title insurance, Ms. Ritchie helped develop DR Construction which specialized in new construction and renovations of single family homes and commercial property. While with DR Construction she helped develop the real estate acquisition branch of the company. Her passion for real estate continued to grow as the company began to purchase single family homes for renovation and resale.

As your real estate consultant she can provide assistance in developing acquisition/liquidation plans, negotiate contracts and asses property profitability for all levels of investors. Her expertise in 1031 Exchanges can eliminate penalties while helping clients understand and navigate through the intricacies of government exchanges.
